Pricing Optimizer AI has no user accounts, payment system, or advertising profiles.

Public site

Infrastructure logs may record the time, requested page, browser or agent information, referrer, and network address needed to keep the service secure and reliable. The hosting provider controls how long those logs are retained.

Claude connector

You can submit a public URL or a product description. The service uses it to understand the product and find relevant market evidence. To diagnose failures, measure which tools are useful, and improve results, the service keeps a pseudonymous interaction record with the tool, timing, outcome, client and origin details, and redacted request and response diagnostics. When your client supports sessions, an expiring identifier links calls in the same session; it does not identify a person. Detailed diagnostics are encrypted and deleted after 30 days; request, session, and network identifiers are removed after 90 days. The interaction record never stores the raw network address. Do not submit confidential material.

Catalog data

An eligible public product URL may be cached after a connector request without being added to public search or scheduled monitoring. Fetched page bodies are not retained. The catalog keeps the pricing facts, change checks, and operational diagnostics needed to provide the service.

Third parties

Configured AI and hosting providers process the request data needed to find and deliver results. To understand how the connector is used, selected request excerpts, such as a submitted product URL or description, may also be sent to the operator’s private Discord channel. These excerpts come from filtered diagnostics; recognized secrets and email addresses are masked. The service receives tool arguments, not your full Claude conversation. Discord processes and retains those notification messages under its privacy policy; the 30-day deletion period above applies to diagnostics stored by Pricing Optimizer AI. Public pricing pages remain governed by their publishers.
